Cricket a Hope!

Since Emergence of Pakistan the Nation has few moments to commemorate whether it’s a birth of Pakistan, Indo-Pak war 1965 Victory, Cricket World Cup 1992 Victory or May 1998 Pakistan Nuclear Blasts. Cricket is always a sport to bring happiness on the faces of Poor Pakistani Nation.

Pakistan’s Cricket has many ups and downs in last decades. But last few years Cricket has emerged as a hope of happiness in the Leadership of Great Babar Azam. Babar not only proved himself an emerging leader but after Greats Javed Miandad, Saeed Anwar, Inzmam Ul Haq and Younas Khan he is touching skies in batting.

Pakistan Team Played some phenomenal series especially last T20 World Cup. Unfortunately Pakistan Cricket always hit by Pakistan Political Situation changed in every year. But a ray of hope can be seen during recent years at least some sense prevails for appointment of Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman. Mr. Khan Ex-Premier appointed Ramiz Hassan Raja as Board Chairman and recent PML-N Led Govt. has also no issue to work with him. Ramiz Raja earned great repute in cricket especially in English Cricket Commentary he is dedicated person who can do miracles for betterment of cricket.

Once Pakistan Cricket Board was richest board among all cricketing nations but Geo Political changes really damaged not only Cricket but also other sports. Pakistan Super League (PSL) also played a pivotal role to bring cricketing talent in National Team players like Shadab Khan, Haris Rauf shines with numbers.

IPL has big canvas to attract foreigners for play in, IPL also has huge media rights. PCB Should focus on PSL with the help of franchises to coup up with the IPL. PSL has drafting system while IPL has auctions which made them successful to attract more Foreign Players in the League, PSL should also have auctions, PCB should convince the franchises for the league betterment and success. Mr. Raja also should focus on Domestic Infrastructure like Indians Ranjhi Trophy by offering perks and stipend to the domestic players.

Pakistan has only hope to left during current Geo Economic and Political situation is cricket which can bring smiles and happiness on the sad faces of nation which is surviving in Inflation, Stressed and despair. Govt. Should also help the Board for Infrastructures of all sports.
